My budget scanning setup
The core is a secondhand 60mm macro lens on an old mirrorless body, a small LED light panel with a decent color rendering index, and a printed negative holder that keeps the strip flat.
Inverting color negatives is still the hardest part. I settled on sampling the film base and doing the rest by eye. It is slow, which fits the rest of the process.
